Jacob Paul Jr.

Jacob Paul Jr. died at the home of his parents in Corning last Sunday at 5:30 o'clock in the morning, aged 23 years, 2 months and 3 days. The malady that caused his death was a stoppage of the bowels. The young man was apparently well and happy Saturday evening; so it will be seen that his death was very sudden. Funeral will be held today at the family home, conducted by Rev. F. L. Roper, of the Baptist church, and burial will be made in the Oak Hill cemetery.
Deceased was the youngest son of Jacob and Rachel Paul, of this city, He was born in Corning: October 18, 1891, and all his life has been spent in this place. For some years he has devoted himself to the care of his invalid mother. He will be sadly missed by the family and a large circle of friends, to whom the shock of his sudden, death will be great.
