Joe Kyle Redpath
Joe Kyle Redpath, 38, of Rock Island, died Monday, April 28,
2008, at his home.
Private services will be Friday. Burial will be in Farlow Grove
Cemetery, Matherville. Memorials may be made to the Fraternal Order of
Police Lodge 132 of Mercer County. Dennison Funeral Home, Viola, is
handling arrangements.
He was born Dec. 4, 1969, in Rock Island, son of Ronald and
Jeanette Krahl Redpath.
Joe Kyle worked as a crane operator, welder and deckhand for
Upper Mississippi Fleet, Buffalo. He previously had worked for Blackhawk
Fleet, Davenport, and Andrie, Inc., Muskegon, Mich.
His hobbies included fishing and four-wheeling.
Surviving are his mother, Jeanette Starr, Rock Island; sisters
and spouses, Tonya and Jay Banasiak, Wichita, Kan., and Nanette and
Brian Evins, Matherville; brothers and spouses, Tony and Pam Redpath and
Ronald J. and Robin Redpath, all of Viola; nieces and nephews, Joe
Richard, Zack and Mallory Olson, Natasha and Ryan Evins, Vanessa, Tori
and Grant Redpath, and Mary B. and Claire Redpath. He was preceded in
death by his father, Ronald Redpath; and grandparents, Ella and Kenny
Redpath and Art and Tina Krahl.
