Mrs. John Reinart

  Manning - Funeral mass for Mrs. John (Emma Louise) Reinart, 83, of Manning, will be held -at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday morning, March 20, at Sacred Heart Church in Manning, with Rev. Norbert Weber officiating. Burial will be in the Parish Cemetery, w i t h grandsons as casketbearers.
  Daughter of Louis and Teresa Greving Schenking, she was born May 8, 1885 near Roselle and attended schools there. She was married to John Reinart at Halbur on Jan. 21, 1908. The couple farmed in the Halbur and Roselle areas and for five years near Manning. They moved into Manning in 1929. Mrs. Reinart, who had resided in nursing homes for the past three and one half years, died early Tuesday morning, March 18, in the Perry Nursing Home in Carroll.
  She was preceded in death by two children in infancy, her parents and three sisters.
  She is survived by her husband, John, and the following children: Clarence and Hilbert of Carroll; Harold and Mrs. John (Elvira) Sporrer, Glidden; Leo, Sioux City, Mrs. Joe (Cletta) Hoffman, Manning and Melvin of Orland Park, Ill.; 26 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
  The Parish Rosary was prayed at the Ohde Funeral Home in Manning at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, and a Rosary by the Catholic Daughters and Rosary and Altar Society at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
