Early - Aubrey H. Sanders, 69, of Early, a retired
businessman, died Monday, June 2, enroute to the Fairmount, Minn.
Community Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 6, at
the United Methodist church in Early. Burial will be in the Early Union
cemetery under the direction of the Farber and Otteman Funeral Home of Sac City.
Surviving are his wife Veva; three sons: Robert, Humboldt, and
Richard and William, Early; six grandchildren and a brother Elmer, West Plains, Mo.
Mr. Sanders was born Aug. 31, 1910, at Nemaha, a son of Charles
and Dora Belle Thorpe Sanders. He was married Dec. 20, 1933, to Veva
Woodyard at Rockwell City.
They farmed for 25 years. After leaving the farm, he operated the
Sanders Hardware, Furniture and Appliance store in Early.
