Obituary
Funeral services for Mrs. Patrick H. Swift (Olive) were held
October 15 from the Edline Chapel, in Kent. Mrs. Swift, 63, of 1945 -
So. 230 Des Moines, died in the Burten General Hospital Oct. 13.
She had been a resident of the State of Wash. For the past six months,
coming to this state from Macomb, Illinois. She was born in Hancock
County, Ill. in 1899.
Mrs. Swift is survived by her husband Patrick H. Swift, three
sons, William of Des Moines, Howard of Cedar Falls and John of Hammond,
Ind.; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Elting of Holland; Mrs. Patricia
Curtis, Algona; Mrs. Cora Ward, Sun Prairie, Wisconsin; and seventeen grandchildren.
Rev. David Nutting officiated at the service with interment in Hillcrest Burial Park.
