Augusta Noggler Walterscheid, 91, of Muenster, TX, passed away
Wednesday, Janaury 16, 2008 in Muenster.
She was born January 17, 1916 in Muenster to Joseph and Jennie
Sieger Noggler. On November 20, 1934, she married Alphons William
Walterscheid in Muenster. They farmed for over 20 years and later she
worked in the dietary department at Muenster Memorial Hospital. She was
a lifetime member of Sacred Heart Parish and the VFW Auxiliary.
Mass of Christian Burial was conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday,
January 19, 2008 at Sacred Heart Church in Muenster with Rev. Ken
Robinson celebrating the mass. Burial followed in Sacred Heart Cemetery,
under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home of Muenster.
Survivors include: daughters, Rose Bezner and Marge Voth, both of
Lindsay, Jeanette Reiter and Frances Voth, both of Muenster, Florence
Prescher of Gainesville and Nita Fleitman of Saint Jo; sons, Wilmer
Walterscheid of College Station, Dave, Leon and Giles Walterscheid, all
of Muenster, and John Walterscheid of Gainesville; one sister, Ella
Haverkamp, Muenster; thirty-seven grandchildren; sixty-five great
grandchildren; and seven great-great grandchildren.
