Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jordan of 1421 Milan ave., Coral Gables are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Miss Betty Lee Jordan, to Lieut. (j.g.) Bernard D. Mack U.S.N., son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael H. Mack of Rock Island, Ill. The wedding has been set for April 16.
   The bride-to-be attended Miss Harris' school and George Washington university in Washington.
   Lieutenant Mack is a graduate of St. Ambrose college, Davenport, Iowa, and took the naval flight training course at Pensacola in 1937. At present he is stationed at the U.S. naval air station in Miami.
