Announcement is made of the engagement of Mychele Lea Klauer, Moline, to Steven Michael Mack, also of Moline. She is the daughter of Paula Klauer, RR 1, Orion and Dennis Klauer, Rock Island. His parents are Theresa and James Mack, 11210 134th Ave. W., Taylor Ridge.
  The couple will be married at 3 p.m. July 18 in St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Andalusia. Relatives and friends are invited to the ceremony and reception at 5 at the Lions Club, Coal Valley.
  The bride-elect graduated from Orion High School and is attending Black Hawk College. She is employed at Whitey's Ice Cream, Bettendorf.
  The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Rockridge High School, Edgington. He attended Black Hawk College and is employed by Lang Construction, Orion.
