8th Annual TOSC Returns to Mitch Stadium

In the summer of 2012, eight Little League state champions will travel to Legendary Mitch Stadium in Ceredo-Kenova, West Virginia for the eighth annual Tournament of State Champions, a celebration of "hometown Little League" and "Hometown America" at its best.  The 2012 tournament will feature 6 exciting days of games and events.

Beginning at 9 AM on Friday, July 27th, the TOSC Torch Relay will begin and will travel around the Tri-State Area, culminating in the cauldron lightning at the TOSC Opening Ceremonies at 5:00.  Teams will begin play on Saturday as they begin competing for the gold, silver, and bronze medals.

Eight state champions will each play three games against three random opponents during  three days of pool play.  At the conclusion of the pool play round on Monday, the top four teams plus any other team with a winning record (2-1 or better) will advance to the single elimination bracket round.  Teams will be seeded based on Little League seeding procedures.
