The Mitch Stadium Production Network (MSPN) began as a novelty, but has grown into an integrated multimedia package that is able to bring all the exciting action from Mitch Stadium to a worldwide audience.  Since 2003, MSPN has evolved to include radio broadcasts, DVD video recordings of tournament games, live internet broadcasts, replays of completed games on big screen televisions at Mitch Stadium, and a source of information for media and fans on the internet.  In 2007, the championship game of the Tournament of State Champions was broadcast on local television for the first time.  The entire 2008 Tournament of State Champions included live video webcasts of games on the internet, and the tournament featured live regional radio broadcasts on WMUL-FM for all games.  In 2009, MSPN captured the Little League Southeastern Regional Baseball and Softball Tournaments.

MSPN made its debut during the 2003 West Virginia Little League 11-12 Year-Old State Tournament at Legendary Mitch Stadium, recording all 15 games from the memorable and exciting tournament and broadcasting live audio on four radio stations around the state.  Considered a phenomenal success, it returned to capture all games of the 2004 West Virginia Little League 9-10 Year-Old State Tournament in addition to all Tournament of State Champions games since 2005.  Featuring four camera angles and professional broadcasters, MSPN broke new ground, adding a highly anticipated feature around the ballpark while recording special moments for all time and creating a valuable keepsake of everyone's trip to Ceredo-Kenova.  Games will be made available for purchase from MSPN with play-by-play and color commentary.  Each game will be shown LIVE under the big tent at Mitch Stadium on a 60-inch big screen television.  After each game, stick around the ballpark and catch the replay of your just completed game on the second big screen television - a little thing we like to call the "MSPN Instant Classic"!

The live audio of Tournament of State Champions games have been broadcast live on the internet, and thousands of connections have been made to listen during the tournaments.  Calls from as far away as Italy and southeast Asia have been received at Mitch Stadium from friends and family listening to the tournament, huddled around the computers listening to games like fans used to listen around radios during the golden age of baseball.
