Mary Jeffries married William Short Thompson Oct 8, 1840 in Clay County, MO.  Their daughter, Margret Dunn Thompson, married George Washington Craig, Mar 15, 1877 in Howard County, MO.

Evelyn was the daughter of Ben and Mary Craig.  Ben was the great grandson of Mary Jeffries and William Short Thompson.  Ben is also the father of Ruth Haste.
