This scene bugged me. Those asteroids would have had minimal gravity. 
Landing like he did, Mayweather would have bounced right off it and back 
into space.

According to TOS they are; about five times stronger. As far as I can tell 
this has been ignored throughout 'Enterprise's run. Maybe B&B never saw 
those episodes of TOS.
