MJC Review:
The Drama -

This was a nice episode and good story, but it's already been done! This was clearly a rehash from Voyager's "One". Only instead of Seven hallucinating, it was Phlox. There was not much surprise or excitement in this episode. All of the story lines and scenes seemed predictable and lame. It was quite clear from the beginning, that T'Pol was being hallucinated by Phlox. The writers could have at least done a better job at deceiving the viewers on that issue, if nothing else.

One does have to applaud Billingsley for his acting. If there was any bright side to the show, it was his performance. He brought out some real emotion and feelings for Phlox's situation. His impressions of ship and crew from his Denobulan perspective were refreshing.

Sadly, this is yet another setback for Star Trek drama when old story ideas are recycled (again).

Tid Bits -
1) Phlox has a new found respect for Mayweather.

2) Phlox appears naked.

3) Phlox learns warp theory in minutes what takes a typical Starfleet cadet four years to learn. Evidently, hallucinating helps.

4) Porthos gets lots of screen time!

5) I'm not sure if it was clear why Phlox and Porthos weren't affect by the disturbance.

What it all means -
Phlox gets to run the ship.
2 cool peace signs
