Welcome to the home of the N Debt Poker Tour.
We are a collection of beer drinkin', government employees, and general misfits...all on a mission of low-stakes, low-standards, and even lower ability. Oh yeah, and occasionally we play some No Limit Texas Hold 'em. Our little group started getting together on an "irregular" basis a couple years ago to play cards, with very little idea about what we were even doing. The group has continued to change, adding new members all the time. Currently there is at the very least a monthly tournament which is generally attended by 24 or 25 players. In addition other tournaments and cash games have cropped up, as well within the NDPT membership. When you feel you're up to the challenge...we'll be waiting! If you're looking for a weekend game, I can generally point you in the right direction, if it's not in my own basement.
***New News*** Updated January 27, 2009
I want to thank you all for staying with the N Debt Poker Tour for so long. I hope you have all had as great a time as I have! I also continue to provide information and scheduling for other local games including those at the Yanok's and Shuman's as well as the most recent development of the games being hosted roughly on a monthly basis at the local Eagles Aerie. Local poker playing opportunities are now nearly limitless. With casinos (including poker) located at Cross Lanes (Tri-State Racetrack and Gaming Center) and Wheeling Island (Hotel, Casino, and Racetrack) and a little further north at the Mountaineer Racetrack and Gaming Resort there are plenty of poker opportunities for everyone. NDPT Points Race 2009 information is located in one location...HERE... over at Google Docs. If you have questions on how I come up with the points I've made a spreadsheet for that purpose too...find it here... ALL of our tournaments this year will be $20+5 events. No more Bounty chip. Instead, the extra $5 goes into a prize pool for the Year-End Extravaganza Tournament! We have agreed that there will be AT LEAST one tournament per month. We are going to try to alternate among the houses each month. In addition, there will probably be additional games held throughout the year. Provided that they are among our group, and we all share a somewhat common invitation list and follow the exact same format, the tournament CAN count toward the points race. This year points will be awarded ONLY to those who actually cash in a tournament. The only exception to this is when a player cashes but opted out of contributing to the year-end pool, then all point distributions will shift down, and therefore for example could be awarded to the bubble. In all cases as you can see from the points spreadsheets above, the "points" actually will equate to the number of chips you'll find in front of you come the end-of-the year tournament. That's right, varied chipstacks! Thanks once again to all the NDPT faithful!

Of course LIVE CASINO POKER Ain't too shabby either and a number of us can be easily talked into heading North (at the drop of a hat) to one of West "by god" Virginia's full fledged casino's. Check 'em out here, and let us know when you're ready to leave!

OLD NEWS...
Since switching to an online points spreadsheet, individual game updates and a running tally of each game became obsolete, so for a complete breakdown of how "everyone" finished individually in the tournaments of 2008, visit the Google Document for 2008 ...HERE...
