Daily Bible Reading Calendars for 2017 are on the foyer tables, courtesy of Evangelistic Outreach. The WVBC ABWM Bible Book of the Month for  October is II Samuel.

TONIGHT: 6 pm – Sanctuary Choir Practice and JESUS Kids Practice.

The Youth Ministry has declared October “Sock-tober”. They need donations of socks for men, women, and children at the Huntington City Mission. Please place all donations in the tubs in the foyer. Thanks!

BENEFIT CONCERT: To be held Nov. 2 at Catlettsburg Church of Christ featuring the Guardians and the Lore Family. Proceeds to assist Pam Hall, friend of Jim Ross, with expenses incurred as a result of her recent car accident. She is a gospel singer and former
manager of WEMM radio. A spaghetti dinner will be served 5:00- 6:30 pm also.

CMHS Knight’s Great Hall has run very low on food supplies. Please bring non-perishable foods that teens could prepare, such as canned ravioli, pop tarts, etc., to replenish their supplies THANKS!

Run,” with special guest, Josh Holley, Boston Marathon runner.

Sat., Oct. 28, 11 am – 1 pm – Children’s Ministries Fall Fun
Run Marathon to raise money for hurricane victims in Texas and Florida. It will be at the Caldwell Farm. (If rain, then it will be in the Family Center & Gym.)

Sun., Oct 29 – “Undie Sunday”. The Youth Ministry will be collecting underwear sizes adult through children. Please place all donations in the tub in the foyer. Thanks!

MIDLAND MEADOWS, 100 Weatherholt Dr., Ona. 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th Sundays – Woman at the Well Ministries present devotional services and music at 10 am in the Memory Care Unit, and at 11 am in the Assisted Living building.

CABELL HEALTH CARE CENTER (formerly Rose Terrace), 30 Hidden Brook Way, Culloden. 3rd Sundays at 3 pm – Diana Cooper presents devotional services and music. Volunteers are appreciated.

TEAY’S VALLEY CENTER, 590 N. Poplar Fork Rd., Hurricane.1st Mondays at 2 pm, Bible Study, led by Harold Smith.
