Wright-Patterson Air Force Base ~10:00 AM Arrive at the Museum Noon – Pack 129 & Troop 129
eat together at cafeteria ~5:00 PM Depart the Museum ~9:00 PM Return home Museum hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00
PM No entrance fee, but bring money
for food (lunch in cafeteria, supper on trip home) and incidentals (IMAX
theater, gift shop, etc.) This is a family day with
special emphasis on kites. Additional details available at

Skiing
at Winterplace
The
Boy Scouts sponsor three days of skiing each year at Winterplace, near
–
Skiing & Meal $49 (lift ticket,
lessons, rentals, & meal ticket)
–
Tubing all day pass and meal $42
–
Tubing 2 hour Pass $12.50 (9:00 am to
5:00 pm at 2 hour intervals)
–
Snowboarding $88 (lift ticket, with board
rental and meal)
–
Snowboarding $49 (lift ticket and meal,
without board rental)
–
Additional Meal tickets available @ $6.00
The
dates for this year are January 10, 2010, February 21, 2010 and March 7,
2010. Advance registration is requested
by the Thursday prior to each date and will allow you to avoid long lines at
Winterplace. Each family will need to
make their own reservations by contacting the scout office. Additional information will be posted on the
council web site.
BSA
policy now requires the use of helmets for downhill skiing, snowboarding and
the operation of snowmobiles. Winterplace Ski Resort will provide helmets free
of charge.
