DERC main shelter (by ball field) Troop 129 is invited
to participate 5:00-6:00 Set up, put up signs,
start fires, begin cooking – Murphy & Gates 6:00-6:45 Cookout Ø
Each family to bring a cookout
appropriate dish and drinks Ø
Pack will supply meat, buns,
condiments, charcoal, and paper products ·
Purchase & bring food, ice & charcoal – Murphy ·
Bring paper products - Stump ·
Bowl will be out for donations to cover items
supplied by the pack 6:45-7:00 Short awards ceremony 7:00-9:00 Swimming at DERC pool Ø
Everyone can participate in a free swim Ø

Exit at DERC sign on ·
Go left at the “T” in front of the

Turn right when the road forks. ·
Go to the end of the road to the large
shelter. Ø
