Parent policy and procedures
Enrollment requirements:
I must have the following Documents completely filled out before care begins:
1. certificate of immunization status
2. permission form
3. child-care agreement
4. USAD food program enrollment
5. If applies DSHS papers turned into caseworker and conformation of eligibility
6. A interview with child and parents
Fee schedule: rates are based on age and enrollment status:
4 years - 12 years full-time $70 / week
When you enroll your children they are taking up a slot, this is your child’s slot you will pay for this slot even if your child is absent. The schedule on the child-care agreement needs to be followed. Don’t Be Late!! I open at 7.00A.M. and close at 5 P.M. Starting early or staying past 5 P.M. will cost more. This is due before I can begin any care again. I have classes and make all my appointments and do all my activities at night. Night is the only time I have for my life.
Please give me a 2 week notice in writing that you no longer need my services, or you will be charged for those 2 weeks if you do not let me know.
I have 2 weeks vacation a year (normally a week at the fourth of July and a week at Christmas) and I will give at the very least 2 weeks notice in writing to parents, (you will not be charged for that time).
Kindergarten readiness calendar: We are required to give out kindergarten readiness calendars to all children that are between the ages of three to five years old. Parent must sing below that they have receive their calendar.
Paydays are due in advance each week, starting on Monday or the first day of the week your child attends. Pre-pay for services NO EXCEPTIONS!
Payments can be made by check or money order or cash. If your check bounces I will charge you what the bank charges me, plus $25.00 and any additional bank charges. I also will no longer accept checks from you. I do prefer Cash.
Please call A.S.A.P. To let me know your not coming on your scheduled day. This helps me schedule lunches and snacks.
Holidays:
I will be closed on these Holidays
New Years Eve night, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Fourth
Of July, Wednesday before Thanksgiving Day thru the day after, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and the Day after.President’s Day
· It will be your responsibility to find alternative care for your children on days I’m closed or Ill or on Vacation or some Emergency.
House Rules:
Parents have free access to all child-care areas during child-care hours only when it’s their scheduled day.
Parents Please:
Please bring all children’s necessities such as diapers, bottles, formula, extra clothes, appropriate clothing for weather conditions. If a child is on a special diet please bring their food as well.
Safety and Discipline:
In the event that a child is unwilling to change unacceptable behavior through discussion or redirection, there will be a time out in the thinking chair in the corner depending on age of child. No corporal punishment will be used or shame of any kind!!!
Daily schedule: Normal hours of operation,7:00a.m.-5 p.m.
Monday-Friday the schedule has been known to change depending on season, weather, children’s ages and for school children, and to help accommodate parents schedules.

11:00-11:30 Lunch and wash up
11:30 - 12:00 Quiet time
12:00-2:00 Nap time
2:00-3:00 Movie time.
3:00-3:30 snack time
3:30-5:00 Free play / outside play
5:00 FAREWELL GOODBYE! Doors close at 5:00 p.m.J

Infants will be fed on demand, and I will hold them while bottle feeding unless they can hold there own bottle..
Toilet Training: is a very special time, I will be happy to help with the training that the parents started at home first. Please let me know what works for your child.
