No Phelps in the1790 Baltimore Co Census

In 1698 the line between AA county and Baltimore county changed.  In 1727 it changed again.

Prince George county (1695) is just west of Anne Arundel

 

Unidentifed Caswell Phelps/Felts  Felps was used in early 1800 Caswell records, mainly census
