How to Join the Phlock 

NEW MEMBERS ONLY - Dues are pro rated from the time you actually join.

Jan 1 through May 31
 Single - $30.00
Couple - $50.00

June 1 through Sept 30
Single - $15.00
Couple - $25.00

Oct 1 through the entire following year!
Single - $30.00
Couple - $50.00

Membership Renewals are $30 for Singles & $50 for couples and are due each Jan 1st.
The price remains the same, regardless of when the Renewals are paid.
$5 of each membership goes toward a charitable contribution at the end of the year.
Last year, we donated $865 to the Red Cross Community Christmas using these funds!

1- Download and Print a copy of the Membership Application   
2- Fill it out
3- Mail the application and a check to our post office box
4- You may also join at the regular monthly meetings
