The English Shepherd is the ultimate dog for farm and family. They are well known as great working dogs, and well suited to work a variety of herd types. One English Shepherd can be counted on to work both cattle and sheep, using the appropriate amount of intensity for either animal.

Although they are known for their farm skills, they are also the perfect family dog. They are wonderful friends and protectors of children and diligent guardians of the home.

In our home, the English Shepherd is a well mannered dog who plays with her kids and tucks them in bed at night. We always know our kids are safe under the diligent watch of our dogs.
