Google designed and published the display interface that this panorama uses, making it work like Google’s “Street View”. Google’s Terms of Use apply to this.
Jim Popenoe took the actual pictures and created the custom panorama images. Jim’s Statement of Copyright and Permissions applies to his images and text.
The javascript code falls under the GNU Public License, which frees you to use and modify it as you wish, if you grant the same opportunity to others.
