examination of the within application of Eliza A. Preas and of the
affidavits and certificates therewith filed, and hereto annexed, being satisfied
that the said appliation is supported by the affidavits and certification, of
persons of well-known reputation for truth, honesty and integrity, and that the
claim of the said applicant is just, and in due form, doth certify the same to
the Auditor of Public Accounts, this 9th day of June 1903.
