The State of Texas, County of Delta:
Know all men by these presents:
That J. H. Overacre and N. E. Overacre of the County of Delta and State aforesaid, for and consideration of
the sum of One Thousand Dollars to us in hand paid by J. R. Preas as follows, $300 cash in hand, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged and the further consideration of four promissory notes of $175. Each and
said notes barring evan date and 8% interest from date, 1st note of $175. Due 26 October 1910, 2nd note of
$175. Due 26 Oct. 1911, 3rd note of $175 due 26 Oct 1912, 4th note of $175. Due 26 Oct. 1913. Have granted
old and conveyed and by these presents do Grant, Sell and Convey unto the said J. R. Preas of the County of
Delta and State of Texas, all that certain undivided one half interest in all the certain track of Parcel of land
lying and being in Delta County, State of Texas, about 6 or 7 miles North East of Cooper. The same being a
part of the Jacob Harmon Survey of 1280 acres. Beginning at a stake an elm bears S 44 E 3 vars. Mks X
the same being the S. W. cor. Of C. Medlin tract. Thence South 73 1/3 poles a stake an Elm mkd. S./ Thence
East 109 poles a stake on Ash mkd. X Thence North 73 1/3 poles Medlin S. E. Cor. A stake; Thence West with
his S. B. line 109 poles to the beginning, containing 50 acres of land. To have and to hold, the above described
premises, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in any wise belonging unto the said
J. R. Preas his heirs and assigns, forever. And we do hereby bind ourselves and our heirs Executors and
administrators to warrant and forever Defend all and singular the said premises unto the said J. R. Preas his heirs
and assigns, against Every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same, or any part thereof. But it
is Expressly agreed and stipulated that the Vendor's lien Is retained against the above described property, premises
and improvements, until the above described notes, and all interest thereon, are fully paid according to their face
and
tenor, effect and reading, when the deed shall become absolute.

The State of Oklahoma, County of Ottawa: Before me Crawford Conner, Notary Public in and for Ottawa
County, Oklahoma, on this day personally appeared J. H. Overacre and N. E. Overacre wife of J. H. Overacre,
known to me to be the persons whose names are subscribed to the foregoing instrument and acknowledged to me
that they Executed the same for the purposes and considerations therein Expressed. And the said N. E. Overacre
wife of the said J. H. Overacre having been examined by me privily and apart from her husband, and having the
same by me fully explained to her, she, the said N. E. Overacre acknowledged such instrument to be her ace and
deed, and she declared that she had willingly signed the same for the purposes and considerations therein Expressed,
and
that she did not wish to retract it.
