1. Move the gorjuss71.jpg file into your textures folder. For PSP9 and up:
My Documents > MyPSP files > Textures.
2. Open QBD_SequinMist_Mask.jpg file. Drop down for later use.
3. First we will create your flower fill.
4. Open V~ForgetMeNotAccents.psp file. Copy and paste as a new image.
5. Using your magic wand highlight the blue flowers in the two flower sprays using these settings:
6. Select a color from your tube that you want the flowers to be.
7. On your material properties window find the H,S,L values directly above the HTML color number.
Go to Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Colorize
8. Set the Hue to the H value that was listed on your material properties for your desired color.
Set the Saturation to the S value that was listed on your material properties for your desired color.
Click OK
9. Open a new 600x600 transparent raster layer.
10. Go to your flowers image.
11. Right click to get rid of the marching ants.
12. Use your freehand selection tool to highlight the smaller flower spray.
13. Copy and paste into your new 600x600 frame. Continue copying and pasting image into the frame using
your mirror and flip until you have completely filled the frame.
14. Create a new raster layer and send to the bottom.
15. Flood fill with the color that you selected from your tube.
Merge All (flatten).
16. Save this as your FLOWERED FILL to use later.
17. Save your flowers to use to decorate your frame.
18. Open QBD_SilverHeartFrame.pspimage file. Copy and paste as a new 600x600 frame.
19. Using your magic wand highlight the dark gray section of the heart frame.
20. Go to SELECTIONS>INVERT
21. Go to SELECTIONS>FLOAT
22. The light gray sections of the frame should now be highlighted.
23. Go to SELECTIONS>MODIFY>EXPAND
Set to 1 pixel.
24. Open the QBD_GreenGradient.pspimage file. Set this as your backgroud fill.
25. Create a new raster layer.
26. Flood fill the highlighted light gray areas of the frame in the new layer.
27. Go to EFFECTS>3D EFFECTS>INNER BEVEL. Set your settings like the screenshot below.
28. Right click to get rid of the marching ants.
29. Go to the bottom gray scale heart.
30. Highlight the dark gray area.
31. Go to SELECTIONS>MODIFY>EXPAND. Set to 1 pixel.
32. Create a new raster layer. (This should be inbetween the gold flood fill layer and the grayscale heart layer.)
33. Go to your flood fill tool.
34. Set your flowered fill that you made as your background fill.
35. Flood fill the highlighted area.
36. Go to the top layer and merge down.
37. Go to SELECTIONS>INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS>FLOAT
38. Go to SELECTIONS>MODIFY>EXPAND. Set to 1 pixel.
39. The light green sections of the frame should now be highlighted.
40. EFFECTS>3D EFFECTS>DROP SHADOW and add a drop shadow with these settings:
50. Use your freehand selection tool to highlight the larger flower spray.
51. Paste as a new layer into your working frame.
52. Bring to the TOP.
53. Adjust to your liking.
54. EFFECTS>3D EFFECTS>DROP SHADOW and add a drop shadow with these settings:
Vertical: 1
Horizontal: 1
Opacity: 65
Blur: 10.89
Color: #000000
55. Merge visable.
56. Create a new raster layer and drop to the bottom.
57. Use your freehand selection tool to highlight around the inner heart area.
Make this go out into the gold area of the inner rim of the frame so that all
the empty area will be sure to be filled.
58. Flood fill with the color that you selected from your tube for the background of your flowerd fill.
59. Go to EFFECTS> TEXTURE EFFECTS> TEXTURES
60. Find the gorjuss71.jpg file that you dropped into your textures earlier.
61. Follow the setting in the screenshot below and click OK.
62. Merge Visible.
63. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer into your frame.
64. EFFECTS>3D EFFECTS>DROP SHADOW and add a drop shadow with these settings:
Vertical: 5
Horizontal: 5
Opacity: 80
Blur: 18.81
Color: #000000
65. Merge visible.
66. Create a new raster layer.
67. Send to the bottom.
68. Flood fill with the color that you selected from your tube for the background of your flowerd fill.
69. Go to LAYERS>NEW MASK LAYER>FROM IMAGE
70. In the drop down box find the mask image QBD_SequinMist_Mask.jpg. Tick Source luminance and click OK.
71. Merge group.
72. Merge visible.
73. Adjust tag to your liking in frame and merge all.
74. Add copyright info and your personal logo.
75. Add your name.
I used the following:
Font: Risky Business Old
Size: 96
Stroke: 2.0
Anti-alias: Sharp
Foreground/Stroke color: #2f4830
Backgroud/Fill color: the flowered fill that you made
76. Go to EFFECTS>3D EFFECTS>INNER BEVEL. Set your settings like the screenshot below.
77. EFFECTS>3D EFFECTS>DROP SHADOW and add a drop shadow with these settings:
Vertical: 1
Horizontal: 1
Opacity: 100
Blur: 0
