The scrap kit used in this tutorial is "A Softer Look At Love" and can be purchased here.

Supplies Needed:
PSP program of your choice (Free trial version PSP12 here.)
Tube of your choice
Fonts of your Choice
Scrap kit of choice

1. Open a 700x700px transparent frame. This will be your working graphic.

2. Select a paper from your kit for your background layer. I used: QBD_ASofterLook_Paper02.jpg.

3. Flood fill your working graphic.

4. Open one of the glitter files in your kit. I used: QBD_ASofterLook_Glitter04.png. Resize the glitter to 600x595px.

5. Copy and paste your glitter into your working graphic. Merge the two layers.

6. Open the mask Becky_Mask021.JPG from your supplies zip.

7. Apply the mask to your background layer. LAYERS > NEW MASK LAYER > FROM IMAGE > SOURCE LUMINANCE > LOCATE IN DROP DOWN > CLICK OKAY.

8. Merge group.

9. Open one of the letter files in your kit. I used: QBD_ASofterLook_Letter04.png. Resize to 561x600px.

10. Copy and paste the letter into your working graphic as a new layer. Position toward the top left corner. Add a drop shadow of: vertical=1, horizontal=1, opacity=49, blur=10.89, color=#000000

11. Open one of the lace doilie files in your kit. I used: QBD_ASofterLook_LaceDolie03.png. Resize to 450x450px.

12. Copy and paste the doilie into your working graphic on top of the masked layer. Position at the top left under your letter. Add a drop shadow of: vertical=1, horizontal=1, opacity=18, blur=10.89, color=#000000

13. Open the frame QBD_ASofterLook_Frame04.png in your kit. Resize to 386x525px. (You will need to untic your 'Lock aspect ratio' in order to get these sizes.)

14. Copy and paste your frame into your working graphic as the new top layer.

15. Open your picture of choice. I used the image layer of the tube psp14830-SCGirotto-Belle.psd. (If using a tube you will need to fill your frame.)

16. Copy and paste your picture into your working graphic on top of your letter layer. Align with your frame.

17. Go to the folded corner on your frame. Highlight the portion of your picture that is showing outside of the frame. Make the line straight so it looks realistic. (See preview below.)

18. Go to your picture layer. Click delete to remove the highlighted portion of your picture.

19. Highlight the small triangle of the picture that is left. Go to ADJUST > BRIGHTNESS AND CONTRAST > BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST > BRIGHTNESS=-114 > CONTRAST=23 > CLICK OKAY Deselect.

20. Merge your frame layer and your picture layer.

21. Resize the frame/picture layer ONLY to 70% of it's original size. Duplicate the layer.

22. Go to the bottom frame/picture layer. Mirror the image. Rotate it 5 degrees to the left. Sharpen as needed. Add a drop shadow of: vertical=1, horizontal=1, opacity=49, blur=10.89, color=#000000

23. Go to the top frame/picture layer. Rotate it 3 degrees to the right. Sharpen as needed. Add a drop shadow of: vertical=1, horizontal=1, opacity=49, blur=10.89, color=#000000

24. Position the letter and two frame/pictures in an uneven stack.

25. Open one of the heart strings in your kit. I used: QBD_ASofterLook_HeartString04.png. Resize to 253x400px.

26. Copy and paste the heart string into your working graphic as the new top layer. Mirror your image and rotate it 45 degrees to the right. Sharpen as needed. Position on the left of your frame/picture layers. Add a drop shadow of: vertical=1, horizontal=1, opacity=49, blur=4.0, color=#000000

27. Open one of the long stem roses in your kit. I used: QBD_ASofterLook_Rose07.png. Resize to 164x450px.

28. Copy and paste a rose into your working graphic. Mirror the image and rotate it 8 degrees to the right. Sharpen as needed. Position to the right of your frame/picture layers. Add a drop shadow of: vertical=1, horizontal=1, opacity=49, blur=10.89, color=#000000

29. Open one of the curled ribbons in your kit. I used: QBD_ASofterLook_Ribbon03.png. Resize to 104x525px.

30. Copy and paste the ribbon into your working graphic as the new top layer. Rotate it 15 degrees to the right. Sharpen as needed. Position to the right of your frame/picture layers. Add a drop shadow of: vertical=1, horizontal=1, opacity=49, blur=10.89, color=#000000

31. Copy and paste a second rose into your working graphic. Rotate it 18 degrees to the right. Sharpen as needed. Position to the right of your frame/picture layers. Add a drop shadow of: vertical=1, horizontal=1, opacity=49, blur=10.89, color=#000000

32. Open one of the word art files in your kit. I used: QBD_ASofterLook_WordArt04.png. Resize to 350x94px. Sharpen as needed.

33. Copy and paste the word art into your working graphic as a new layer on top of your top frame/picture layer. Position at the bottom of your frame/picture layers. Add a drop shadow of: vertical=1, horizontal=1, opacity=49, blur=4.0, color=#000000

34. Open one of the glitter swirls in your kit. I used: QBD_ASofterLook_Swirl08.png. Resize to 350x365px. Sharpen as needed.

35. Copy and paste the ribbon into your working graphic as the new top layer. Rotate it 18 degrees to the right. Sharpen as needed. Position to the right of your frame/picture layers. Add a drop shadow of: vertical=1, horizontal=1, opacity=49, blur=4.0, color=#000000

36. Open one of the bows in your kit. I used: QBD_ASofterLook_Bow07.png. Resize to 161x169px.

37. Copy and paste the word art into your working graphic as the new top layer. Position at the crossing point of your two roses. Add a drop shadow of: vertical=1, horizontal=1, opacity=49, blur=10.89, color=#000000

38. Open two of the flowers in your kit. I used: QBD_ASofterLook_Flower03.png and QBD_ASofterLook_Flower04.png. Resize one flower to 114x102px. Resize the second flower to 89x80px.

39. Copy and paste one of the smaller flowers into your working graphic as the new top layer. Position to the left edge of your letter toward the center of your graphic. Add a drop shadow of: vertical=1, horizontal=1, opacity=49, blur=10.89, color=#000000

40. Copy and paste one of the larger flowers into your working graphic as the new top layer. Position to the left edge of your letter toward the center of your graphic. Add a drop shadow of: vertical=1, horizontal=1, opacity=49, blur=10.89, color=#000000

41. Copy and paste a second of the smaller flowers into your working graphic as the new top layer. Flip the image. Position to the left edge of your letter toward the center of your graphic. Add a drop shadow of: vertical=1, horizontal=1, opacity=49, blur=10.89, color=#000000

42. Open two of the butterflies in your kit. I used: QBD_ASofterLook_Butterfly03.png and QBD_ASofterLook_Butterfly04.png. Resize each butterflie to 118px in height. (Width will vary.)

43. Copy and paste each butterfly into your working graphic as the new top layer. Position one butterfly at the flowers on the left and the other with the roses on the right. Add a drop shadow of: vertical=1, horizontal=1, opacity=49, blur=10.89, color=#000000

44. Merge visible your layers.

45. Resize the graphic only to 94% of it's size. Sharpen as needed.

46. Move your graphic to the top.

47. Add your copyright information and your watermark/logo.

48. Add your name to your tag as a new bottom layer. I used the following settings:
Create as: Vector
Font: MeaCulpa
Size: 72
Stroke: 1.0
Alignment: Center
Anti-alias: Smooth
Kerning: 0
Foreground: NULL
Background: #677555

49. Add an inner bevel to your name of:
Bevel: 2 (round)
Width: 5
Smoothness: 0
Depth: 3
Ambience: 0
Shininess: 0
Color: #FFFFFF
Angle: 315
Intensity: 50
elevation: 30

50. Add a drop shadow of: vertical=1, horizontal=1, opacity=49, blur=10.89, color=#000000

51. Merge and save as a .png image OR add a new layer to the bottom and fill with color of choice, then merge and save as .jpg image.
