Rules

  1. 1. Initial weigh-in must be done during the first week of camp on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Final weigh-in must take place on the eighth week of camp on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. No exceptions to the rule!
  2. During initial weigh-in and at the final weigh-in, same dress attire must be worn.
  3. Biggest loser contestants must not exceed 5-pound weight gain from the previous class (exception made for pregnant women). If contestant exceeds the 5 pounds variance, the member is not eligible to participate in the weight loss challenge for a free class.
  4. Winners receive full and partial gift certificates for future camp sessions!
About Us

Sandy Creator Photosand Kari started RESULTS FIT CAMP in September 2006 with an idea to motivate and wake people up, get them off the couch, out of the house and office and make exercise fun!!
They have created this fun and motivating program with a "kick butt" group atmosphere.
The camp runs in 8 week sessions all year around with programs that are designed to accommodate any fitness level from beginner to advanced.
If your goal is to lose weight and you are motivated by competition, they have created a "biggest loser" contest, in which the person who loses the biggest percent of body weight in 8-weeks, wins a free 8-week session! See RULES

Results Fit Camp is held inside the Fortuna Fire Pavilion as well as outside utilizing the Rohner Park grounds when weather permits. In one hour you will get intense cardio, over all body toning, weight training, abdominal strength, stretching and fitness coaching.

Sandy Hi, my name is Sandy Aguiar. I began exercising right out of high school. I started with home videos and joined the gym. Exercise has been a big part of my life for the past 20 years; however after having twins I ate myself to 194 lbs. I knew that I needed to get the motivation that I once had, and that is when I met Kari. Kari has taught me numerous things but mainly how to eat right. Changing my eating habits along with weight training and running, I dropped 60 lbs!

In 2004 I became Ace Certified Personal Trainer. (American Council on Exercise) I've been weight training with Kari for 9 years and have been personal training for the past 6 years. I have also taught group exercises classes that include Body Blast, Step Aerobics, Pilates and Yoga. I am certified in Sport Yoga and Pilates, Accredited by N.E.S.T.A. (National Endurance & Sports Trainers Association) all of which I love.

I believe with hard work and dedication anyone can make their dreams come true! Any age, any size, it's never too late. You have to believe in yourself and know that only you can make it happen! Never give up! I am here to help you reach your goals!

My name is Kari Palmer. I am 43 years old. I have been in the fitness field for over 25 years. I am an Ace Certified personal trainer as well.

I have trained many clients over the years and competed in competitive NPC rank Body Building for 5 years.

I have the drive, desire, and dedication in the field that I love and I want to help you reach your fitness goals!

Only you stand in the way of yourself reaching your goals. Healthy eating and exercise goes hand in hand. You can't do one with out the other. There are no excuses! (I've heard them all.) Treat yourself to a new life style! You deserve it!
