Dear Sandy & Kari,
As you know I deal with major anxiety and panic attacks. They got so bad I did not leave my house. I go to the point where I did not want to live like this so I went to the doctor and got help. My doctor said I should try exercising because that helps with anxiety. Not sure what to do my cousin told me I should do Results Fit Camp. I did not know if I wanted to or if I even could. I have heard the rumors, but after another talk and a few emails I did it, I signed up for fit camp.
It was the best thing that I could have done for myself. For me it was not about dropping any weight (that is just a BIG plus) it was about me feeling better about myself and working with the anxiety. I have grown so much in the time I have been at camp and look at things with open eyes now. I have much more strength, physically and emotionally. I can go out of my home with my head held high and not have a panic attack. I have made great friends at fit camp and love doing the workouts so much that I will be back for the next 9 weeks.
Sandy I want to thank you for all your help with what I eat and keeping me in check with that. I need it. And, for your little bit longer breaks between sets than Kari would give. Thank you.
Kari I want to thank you for being hard and telling it like it is. Thank you for yelling I know that may sound weird but with you yelling at me makes me want to work harder and try more. Thank you.
Because the two of you I ran my first ever half marathon in 2 hours and 40 minutes. You girls gave me the strength. My foot was killing me and I had hit “the wall” my run had slowed to a walk and I looked down and the ground as I walked out of the blue and as clear as day I hear Sandy “you can do it Leah keep moving” then Kari “your no pussy move your ass!” That put a smile on my face and I looked back up and stared to move my ass again. So thank you.

First, I would like to thank Kari and Sandy for giving me my life back. I probably still would be sitting on the couch eating junk food.
One day I went in for a chest x-ray and the results said morbidly obese. I started to cry. I didn’t want to be the obese girl anymore so I told myself I have to do something about this. I think when I saw it written on a piece of paper, it made it much more real.
My friend and I were talking about going on the Biggest Loser television program. Then one day at work I saw this sports bottle on the counter and it was a Results Fit Camp bottle. I told my friend we should call, so I did.
That’s how it all started on September 2008. I have been going to camp since then. First I started out only going two days a week, then I moved up. Now I am going all three days.
I remember that first day I thought, "What did I get myself into?" My arms and legs felt like they were going to fall off. I could barely walk or sit down after my first day.
I am now going to camp three days a week and also have joined the gym. Who would’ve thought that I like to exercise! If you would have asked me that question a couple years ago I would have laughed. You know what, I actually can run.
Since going to camp I have lost 90 pounds and I will continue to lose more. Each day going makes me closer to my goals. I feel so much better about myself. I can do so much more and have more energy.
I am not saying that it has been an easy road, there have been times I wanted to give up, but this is something that I want and I know I can do it. All I have to do is put my mind to it. It is a great feeling to have your friends join with you and they tell you that you are their inspiration.
I am glad to help anyone who wants to lose weight, but you have to do it because you want to not because someone tells you to. It is a good feeling when you can shop in a normal size section and not have to go to the plus sizes. It makes you feel like a normal person.
Kari and Sandy have been really good to me. They have taken me under there wings and helped me through this journey in my life. Not only are they my trainers, but they are great friends and more like family. I have met a lot of people at Fit Camp that have become friends and great supporters in my weight loss. I want to thank everyone who has helped me in my weight loss goals. It has been a great lifestyle change and one that I will continue with. I would also like to thank my girls, which they know who they are, for being there for me when times get rough. They have been there for the tears and happy times of this journey. Also my family has been a huge support when I lost a pound or two I call them to tell them.
Thank you for giving me my life back and making me believe in me. If I can do it anyone can. Thank You!

Dear Sandy & Kari,
I wanted to take the opportunity to type this letter, thanking you and expressing what a positive effect you and “Results Fit Camp” has had helping me on the way to reach my goals.
I have struggled with my weight, which has fluctuated over the years, always ending in me gaining more after I stop dieting and exercising. I work in a very high stress job in which the risks of medical issues are common. I knew that in order to reduce these risks I would have to make a life change and address my personal Health and Fitness. Additionally my doctor had recommended I lose weight as well. I have a beautiful wife and daughter, and son on the way and I made the decision to make a life change and address these concerns. However I tried a couple of months on my own without success and then I learned about Results Fit Camp.
It might sound a little silly but honestly it was exactly what I needed. I started attending the sessions and I turned that corner and have seen the results and I have the motivation to actually make the life change and make health and fitness a priority.
I started Fit Camp July of 2007 and after two eight week sessions, I have lost 39 pounds and several inches. I have surprised myself with what I can do and I feel great about myself. I have used the Weight Watchers points system to help me diet and eat healthy, as that is what works for me. I exercised more than the two days a week with Fit Camp because the sessions made me feel good about myself and gave me the drive to work harder to reach my goals.
Sandy and Kari, I would like to say a personal Thank You! You were great, supportive, encouraging, offered good advice and pushed me when I needed it.
I would like to say to others that I strongly recommend the Results Fit Camp program and the instructors, Sandy and Kari. They are great and can help you make a positive difference in your life if you put forth the effort.
