K-9 Units

dog

Conner, a 2-year-old German Shepherd, is the department's only K-9 at this time following the sudden and unexpected death of Ace. He is part of the department's Patrol Division and is certified in narcotics detection, apprehension and in tracking.

Ace, a 9-year-old German Shepherd, died suddenly in January. The department is currently looking for funding for another K-9.

Our past and present K-9s have proven themselves to be tremendous assets to our department and to our other local law enforcement agencies time and time again.
