Emergency Operations Center Chart

The Event Log includes an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) chart. The program allows you to visually track changes to EOC staff, and quickly make assignments.

To assign a person to one of the EOC positions, click anywhere in the box of the desired position. A dialog box appears as shown below. Enter the person’s name and click the Save button. All changes to the EOC staff are saved in the Event Log.

Note:

• There is no Print Preview available for the EOC chart as the display is visual itself. The chart is sent directly to the printer and automatically sized to fit on one page in landscape orientation.
