Registration and Reservations

Registration has two parts:

1) Submitting your registration information via the link below by Wednesday, March 24^th, and

2) your making your room reservations with Holiday Inn Trustmark Park in Pearl (Jackson), MS. You must make your own room reservations by Wednesday, March 31^st.

Part Two: Hotel Reservations – Read this thoroughly first!

Before you telephone the hotel to make your reservation, you need to find your own roommate. Double occupancy is expected and you will only be reimbursed for ½ of the room rate for each night you stay in the hotel. You are welcome to bring your spouse or room alone, but you have to pay the extra price.

We have reserved until March 31^st a large block of double-occupancy rooms with two full-size beds, and a smaller block of rooms with one king-size bed. The entire hotel is non-smoking. The block of rooms is reserved for Tuesday (4/13) and Wednesday (4/14) nights.

If you are planning to leave early, then you need to work that out with your roommate and make it clear with the hotel at the time you make your reservation. You are encouraged to stay for the whole conference, through the closing Itinerarium Thursday morning by 11:30am.

If for some reason your plans change and you are running late or cannot keep your roommate/ reservation commitment, you are responsible for working this out with your roommate. Don’t leave him holding the bag!

You will need a credit card to make your reservation. You will be paying for your room yourself and the conference will reimburse each individual by check in a timely way in the weeks following the conference. Please work out the room charges between yourself and your roommate. Our room rate is $97.01/night including taxes. You cannot reserve rooms online since we have a group block of rooms.

Urgent! Please find your roommate and make your reservations very soon. The hotel’s absolute deadline for reservations at our discounted rate is March 31^st.

You must reserve your own room by calling the hotel by Wednesday, March 31^st.
