Here is how to contact me if you are interested in placing an order. Please check the backlog status on this page first. Never send anything until you have e-mailed me! Always include a note detailing what work you want done and your return shipping address with your package.

Status as of 9/11/08: I am almost back in business. Just a couple of weeks away from getting my machines running again. Not taking any orders at the present. I'll explain with an announcement once the shop is up and running again.

I am no longer requiring that custom work be paid up front.    However, I will not return any completed marker until all work is paid.    I will contact you once work is complete.    Any marker that remains unpaid after six months becomes the property of Scarecrow's Custom's and may be kept or sold.

I don't have a waiting list, Sorry, I don't have time to chase people down.    If I'm not taking orders when you contact me, give it a month and try again.

Please, no rush orders or deadlines.    I prefer to be able to work and re-work things until I am happy with them.    If I'm rushed the quality of work suffers significantly while the price drastically increases.

I guarantee my work. If you are not happy I will rework it until you are or refund your money. I don't call anything 'Done' until the customer says that they are pleased.
