Exhibitor Registration Information

Dear Exhibitors,

Mark your calendars! It is time to begin registering for booth spaces at the 2009 SPE Eastern Regional Meeting in Charleston, WV. This year’s theme, “Limitless Potential. Formidable Challenges.”, reflects the opportunities of the emerging Marcellus Shale play as well as the trials that accompany the exploration and optimization of a new resource play. This year’s meeting will attract engineers and professionals from near and far, as the play continues to generate excitement throughout the worldwide petroleum industry.

Exhibits will be held in the main hall of the Charleston Civic Center. This is an ideal space with ample room for product promotion, special displays, and large booths. Advantages to exhibitors at this year’s meeting include:
  • Lower exhibit booth costs than previous meetings
  • Easy parking for unloading and setting-up of exhibits
  • Exhibitors have the option of unloading and loading all of their own material. Those choosing to have the Civic center set-up material will be charged $14.50 per hour.
  • One set of meal tickets will be included per booth space. (Those wishing to participate in the technical program will need to register separately for the meeting.)
Exhibit fees per 10’ x 10’ booth are:
  • $850 per space if registered AND paid by June 30, 2009
  • $950 per space if registered OR paid after July 1, 2009
A limited number of vehicles/trailers may be displayed inside the Civic Center. There are weight limitations. The cost will be $850 per vehicle. If your company is interested, please contact Lawrence Winsor at (304) 925 6100.
