Variable Kingsnakes (Lampropeltis mexicana thayeri), come in a striking variety of colors and patterns.  There may be no other snake species that demonstrates more variation in appearance, even among clutchmates.  Typically seen in "Milksnake" and "Leonis" phases, they can also appear solid black.  When bred, all phases can appear in a single clutch.  Adults reach 24" to 36 " in length, and are easy to care for once established on mice.  We only keep pure Thayeri from established stock.
