“Tray Folder”  is a launcher.  A folder will be created under your profile and the name of the folder will  be based on your profile’s name.  For Instance,  my personal tray folder is named “John’s Tray Folder”.  Put shortcuts, files, or other folders in your tray folder and use the tray icon to access them by opening your personal tray folder.
