Consultation and Referrals

Please review the following information before contacting Turner Litigation Services.

Information provided to TLS will be kept confidential.
Referrals may be provided without charge. No referrals will be charged without your written consent.
There is no charge for initial consultation.
You should continue to search for an attorney if you do not receive an immediate response from TLS.
Do not mail, ship, fax, or email documents unless requested to do so.
If you are retained, you will be asked to sign a written agreement stating what will be performed for you and how much it will cost.
Legal reprepresentation may be limited to proceedings in the State of California, the 9th Circuit, and within attorney's Practice Areas.
TLS is limited to a few complex cases at a time. Careful consideration is given to selecting cases. Preference is given to disputes involving the public interest or the violation of laws protecting public rights.
