Troop 403 "Survives" 2nd Attempt at Beaver's Bend, OK.
After an "ill-fated" trip to Beaver's Bend near Broken Bow, OK, several years ago, where every thing that could go wrong, did go wrong, another group of adventurous Scouts and adult leaders from Troop 403 made the trip in much better fashion in 2003. Included in the group was the infamous "lost" Scoutmaster who believes he actually found where he "got off the trail" and was picked up by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol somewhere around 1:00 a.m. that Saturday night!
