Quartermaster
The Quartermaster is the Troop’s supply boss. He keeps an inventory of Troop equipment and sees that the gear is in good condition. He works with patrol quartermasters as they check out equipment and return it, and at meetings of the Patrol Leaders’ Council he reports on the status of equipment in need of replacement or repair. In carrying out his responsibilities, he may have the guidance of a member of the Troop Committee.

Reports To: Assistant Senior Patrol Leader

Leadership Responsibilities
     1.  Keep records of patrol and troop equipment.
     2.  Keep equipment in good repair.
     3.  Keep equipment storage area neat an
     4.  Issue equipment and see that it is returned in good order.
     5.  Suggest new or replacement items.
     6.  Work with the troop committee member responsible for equipment.
     7.  Set a good example.
     8.  Wear the Scout uniform correctly.
     9.  Live by the Scout Oath and Scout Law.
   10.  Show and help develop Scout spirit.

GOALS
     1.  Troop Equipment Inventory Records up to date.
     2.  Establish and maintain a Troop Equipment Checkout System.
     3.  Troop equipment storage areas are neat and organized.
