Whether you are adding new software or hardware, having problems getting your computer to talk to your printers or getting those pesky errors messages, we can help. We're experts in most brands of PCs, printers, home networking systems, and popular software packages.

Assist with your specific hardware, software or networking need, including:

•        Diagnose and resolve your system error or performance issue
•        Install or Upgrade hard drive, floppy drive, CD drive, zip drive, printer, video card, video monitor, modem, sound card, processor, scanner or memory
•        Install or Upgrade software applications and Windows operating systems
•        email problems involving cable modem/DSL connections, AOL, or
•        Migrate files from your old PC to your new PC

$39.95 per hour (1 hour minimum)
$19.97 each additional 1/2 hour
 

        Network Installation
Thinking about a home network
If you have more than one PC at home, you've probably thought about a home network. Home networks can connect your PCs to one another so you can share a single Internet connection, share printers, easily move files from one PC to another, and more. If you have the networking software and hardware ready, we'll come to your home to unpack and install the equipment and load the software for you. We won't leave until it's up and running smoothly.

This service is available for both Wired and Wireless networks and may include:

•        Installation of PC interface card and network router or hub utilizing CAT 5 wiring (WIRED network)
  
  
•        Installation of wireless network adapter cards and wireless router/gateway using wireless network products (WIRELESS network)
  
  
•        Testing computer access to the Internet (if access is available)
  
  
•        Establishing file and printer sharing
  
  
•        Personal instruction on the use of your home network
