ABOUT

UNITARIAN UNIVERSALIST FELLOWSHIP

KERRVILLE, TX

HOME PAGE

Our Fellowship is a small informal, lay-led group, with heavy emphasis on rational thought and inquiry, as well as friendly companionship. We draw on visiting ministers, Fellowship members, and other speakers to present our Sunday programs. This gives the programs a wide range of topics (see NEWSLETTER & PROGRAM for program listing).

There is usually a half hour social after the meeting where we have a chance to talk to each other or to discuss details of the program with the speaker on a one-to-one basis.

Dress is casual to dressy as each individual wishes.

Child care is available.

Community Outreach activities of our Fellowship include services both physical and/or financial support for:

  • Christian Area Ministries
  • Habitat for Humanity: Our Fellowship provides Lunches twice each year for the workers.
  • Book Scholarships at Schreiner College: The Fellowship provides two scholarships each year.
  • State Hospital Clients: The Fellowship sends cards at XMAS and money for personal items.
  • Special Opportunity Clients: The Fellowship gives a picknick outing each fall.

Some of the activities of our Fellowship include:

  • "Lunch Bunch" a gathering twice monthly for lunch
  • Summer Fellowship Picnics
  • Christmas Party
