Common Error messages
If you receive a page that says "The page cannot be found" with the HTTP 404 error, you should verify that the name of the webspace that you are trying to access has been created and that it is spelled correctly. This is case sensitive so verify capital and lowercase letters as well.
If you receive a page that says "You are not authorized to view this page" with the HTTP 403 error, you must verify that there is a page that exists in the webspace with the filename index.html. It must exist and must have that exact name. The page could still be accessed if you specify the exact page that you are trying to access in the address bar by entering "http://pages.suddenlink.net/<yourvanityname>/page.htm", however this could be confusing.
