All of the rental homes have at least the following amenities:

►One Full Bath (Includes shower/tub)
►One Half Bath
►Large Living Room
►W/D Hookups
►Washers and Dryers may be leased at the tenant's request
►Front Porch
►Backyard
►Two upstairs bedrooms
►Street Parking
Most of the rental homes have the following amenities:
►Separate Large Dining Room
►Fenced-in Backyard
►Three upstairs bedrooms
►Some Off-Street Parking
►Separate Laundry Room
PETS
Since most of the rental homes have a fenced in backyard, they are very pet-friendly residences. XTRA does allow small pets in most of the rental properties. While this is true in most cases, it is also XTRA's decision to deny tenancy to certain types, sizes, breeds, and genders of pets. If it has been decided that a pet will be allowed in a rental home, the tenants must agree to a separate Pet Lease Agreement as well as additional monthly rent and a Pet Deposit. Every instance of pet occupancy will be handled on an individual basis and therefore there can be no set guidelines that apply to all pets in all rental properties. However, these are the basic fees that shall most likely be assessed:
►Refundable Pet Deposit in the amount of $1,000 to be held for the length of the lease term
►Additional monthly rent of $30/pet/month
