I saw a mounted figure in the negative space at an early stage of this piece's development. It reminded me of the 'Four Riders of the Apocalypse' and so I let that kinda/sorta guide my feelings about this piece all the way to the naming process. Really it's just another plant scene, but I was listening to the Coltrane song 'Ole' while painting.
