Leaving Constructive Feedback:

Leaving constructive feedback should not seem hard, but for some it is. Customs that are not familiar with Amazon processes or do not know how to get a hold of the seller use feedback as their personal e-mail and answering system. This is not constructive feedback. Feedback is to help others understand what kind of treatment that the buyer received during their transaction. Was the seller rude to you, did you receive your shipment in a reasonable amount of time, did the seller answer your e-mails, or was the order the same as or different as advertised. This is our business and negative feedback hurts us so we will work very hard with you in order not to get a bad rating. It is in our best entrust to provide you with good service. However there are numerous set backs when dealing with feedback, therefore we have provided so tips below on how to contact the seller and leaving constructive feedback.

 

Tips to leaving constructive feedback:

  • Do not place product comments in seller feedback area, Amazon will remove them anyway, mainly because we do not manufacture the products. Plus, Amazon provides product comment pages for these comments.
  • Do not ask where is my package question in seller feedback area. Use a shipping inquiry or contact seller by email, and we will provide you with tracking information.
  • Do not leave comments about shipping rates, you know the shipping before you purchased the item. If you are unhappy with shipping, simply do not buy the item.
  • Do not leave comments about bad postal handling. We are not the postal service and that is what insurance is for. If a package is hit with a fork lift, or dropped from a great height, or is left in the elements (gets rained on or melted due to being left in mailbox during the summer all day) we can not do anything to help prevent this and it is not our responsibility, although we are aware you are unhappy, the buyer must be able to separate sellers responsibility from the postal service responsibility.
  • Do not leave feedback to just ask general questions. You can email your questions or use product/shipping inquiries.
  • Do not leave messages about lost packages, we provide tracking and if the tracking shows that the package was delivered it is the responsibility of the buyer to ask questions about delivery. There is nothing we can do to make your postal carrier deliver the package to the right house. If the tracking shows that the package is lost during delivery we will refund the order.
  • We do not have access to your financial information or your personal shopping cart. Therefore we can not complete your orders for you, or add extra charges. We are a third party to Amazon. Amazon has to process your order before we even receive the order. Plus, you had to complete the order and agree to the charges before we ever see the order. We only have the ability to cancel and refund orders. Amazon pays us, after they collect their fees and this is only every two weeks. Therefore leaving feedback about these problems only makes you look foolish, because most experienced computer users know that it is not possible.
  • If you have problems with shipping overrides and extra charges, please contact us by shipping inquiry not by leaving feedback. We personally do not have control over the Amazon Shopping Cart. Asian's Best can only refund you for the extra charges after the transaction is completed.
  • Please do not leave feedback about the shipping being more than the price of the item. We have a standard shipping rate on every item we sale plus we use flat rate and priority boxes. Plainly put, if we mailed you a quarter in a flat rate box, it would still cost us the same amount if we shipped you 10 dollars in quarters. Plus, we can not change shipping on one item just to make one customer happy. We can only charge one shipping price for everything due to Amazon limitations on shipping. If we lower one price, it lowers the shipping price on all our items, except for the overridden pack sets that we sale.

Tips for product and shipping inquiries:

  • Be courteous, if you want courteous service. You do not have to write ugly e-mails to get a positive response, just the opposite. Do not take the I can not believe it happened to me stance, we are here to help and answer questions if something goes wrong, and yes things can go wrong. You have at the least three different companies handling your order.
  • If you want to ask a question, just ask it. If you truly have a problem you know what it is. We are well aware of the overly rehearsed speeches or lengthy emails with no point scams.
  • Please act like an adult when asking questions and leaving feedback. Do not lie and expect to be treated lavishly, in other words, if you try to scam us we will not play along. Then if you have to act childish and leave negative feedback because we would not let you scam us then we will take the hit, but remember we also can leave comments.
  • The less information you give us, the less able we are to help you. When inquiring about a product we need to know at the minimum your name and product you ordered. Your order id number would be the best.
  • Do not ask questions about wholesale pricing, we are not a wholesaler just a retailer.
  • Do not ask questions about better shipment rates.
  • Do not ask questions about making deals outside of Amazon Market Place.
  • If the tracking shows that the shipment is lost or we clearly had something to do with the package packing resulting in bad delivery of the products we will refund your order with just an email. If you want another package sent, be courteous and do not leave negative feedback, and ask and we will comply most of the time.
  • Be patient, we have two days to respond to e-mails. If you do not hear from us write again or try another way. But, we do not want to hear you could not get a hold of us. If you can not get a hold of us you are not trying very hard, we provide you with our personal e-mail address, address, phone number, fax number, plus you can go through Amazon product or shipping inquiry or seller e-mail.
  • If you can not provide us the right address, or do not pick up your packages at the post office, we will not ship you another package. We will refund your order if we receive the shipment back, however if you give us the wrong address it is your responsibility to track down your package. Again, we are not the post office and do not have the ability even if we wanted to help, to contact your post office and ask questions about your shipment. After you correct your address and still want the product you can reorder it.
  • We do not have the ability to increase the items you have bought manually. We are a third party to Amazon and do not have access to their shopping cart. Therefore, if you want more items you will have to order them, send us an e-mail and then we can combine your orders.
  • If you want to cancel your order just ask, we will not penalize you for canceling the order. We do not want to hear stories, read lengthily e-mails, or here about your personal life. If the package has been sent, return it to sender when it arrives, and when the shipment comes back we will refund your order.
  • Please do not write messages about the fact we processed your order while it was still in your shopping cart. We do not have access to your shopping cart on your computer. We are a third party to Amazon. Therefore you have to complete the transaction, then Amazon has to process the transaction and when it is cleared by Amazon which means they have deducted your money, then the order is sent to us for shipment. If you want to cancel the order, just ask. We will not penalize you for canceling your order. This is a poor excuse to get us to cancel your order, it only makes you look foolish because there is no possible way for it to happen.
  • Do not inquiry about shipping prices because you do not like them, we can not change shipping on one item just to make one customer happy. We can only charge one shipping price for everything. If we lower one price, it lowers the shipping price on all our items.
  • Weight is not a factor in our shipping prices, because we use mainly flat rate boxes.
