Membership Requirements

BCHBA membership is divided into four classifications, with different requirements:

Builder Membership
    Annual Membership Fee (3 membership in one:  Big Country Home Builders Association; the Texas
Association of Builders and the
National Association of Home Builders)  $367.00.  Plus, Local Dues Assessment of $47.00 per quarter. For a current list of BCHBA builder members click here.


Associate Membership
    Annual Membership Fee (3-in-one)  $297.00.  Plus, Local Dues Assessment of $47.00 per quarter.
Membership requirements:  One (1) full year in the business field of requested membership, and meet all city and/or state licensing requirements.  For a current list of BCHBA associate members, click here.


Affiliate Membership
   Annual Membership Fee (3-in-one) $250.00

Membership requirements:  must be employed by a current BCHBA member.
