Earth-Quality was home to the adventures of the Quality Comics characters prior to their joining the mainstream of DC Comics. Quality Comics published such classic charaters as Plastic Man (and Woozy Winks!), Blackhawk, Uncle Sam, the Ray, the Black Condor, Bulletman and Bulletgirl, Dollman and Dollgirl, the Human Bomb, Phantom Lady, and Kid Eternity (and Mr. Keeper). In the 1970s and 1980s, many of these characters would become part of the Freedom Fighters battling the Nazis on Earth-X.
