Elizabeth Cummings Preston, b.6-3-1868 d.8-28-1956, 3rd child of John Montgomery Preston II and Mary Lewis Cochran, married Robert Gray IV b.3-10-1859 d.10-13-1932 on Sept. 4, 1895 at Seven Mile Ford, Va. They had 4 children:

1. Mary Preston Gray b.8-2-1896 d.~1993. Author of the book "The Family Tree". Lived in Bristol, Va and dedicated her life to family genealogy. She was active throughout her life. She was unmarried.
2. Anne Montgomery Gray b.3-22-1898 married Edwin Eugene Judkins on 10-26-1927. They had 2 daughters:
• Elizabeth Gray Judkins b.10-10-1928 married George Furge on Apr. 23, 1952. They had 4 children:
• Mary Anne Elizabeth Furge b.10-15-1952.
• Teresa Georgia Furge b.4-18-1954.
• George Furge II b.12-3-1956.
• Edwin Judkins Furge b.1-11-1958.
• Anne Peyton Judkins b.5-8-1931 married Dr. Richard Eugene Hager of Huntington, W.Va. on Aug. 1, 1955. They have 6 children:

• Anne Ferrell Hager b.9-16-1961.
