A certain Tract or Parcel of Land, containing four and a half acres Situate in the County of Washington on the waters of Spring Creek and on both sides of Joansborough road and bounded as followeth Towit.

Beginning at two black Oaks and a chestnut a corner to John Mitchell's land thence with his line S 42 W130 poles to two hickories by a lying black Oak the corner of John Campbell's old survey thence with said Preston's lines N17 E 26 poles to a white Oak and lying chestnut and thence N49 E 106 poles to the Beginning. ~~~~~~~~~~~~

To Have and to Hold the said Tract or Parcel of Land with its Appurtenances, to the said Robert Preston Jun.------------- and his heirs forever.
