Midi Music Page

Embedded music is "Rock Around the Clock"

A note about Midi Music. CD quality music is great but the file size is something like 10 megabytes per minute. MP3 music is about the equivalent and is about 1 megabyte per minute. WAV files are good and probably about 1/2 megabyte per minute. The biggest file on this page is 1812 Overture which is 14 1/2 minutes and is less than 200 thousand bytes. Providers limit the file size that can be uploaded onto the net and also the total web site size. So enjoy but don't expect CD quality.

If you double click on one of the tunes and nothing happens ---right click on START, then go up to Explore and left click. Go to TOOLS, then down to FOLDER OPTIONS. Then select 'File Types'. Scroll down the list looking for MID. If you don't find it, click on NEW and enter MID. Then select MIDI Sequence, Real Audio, Winamp or some similar program. Click OK and try again.
