Mrs. Fannie W. Tinsley, aged 87 died at 6 o'clock last night in her home, 1022 West Grace Street after a brief illness. She was the widow of Seaton G. Tinsley at one time treasurer of this city and a daughter of Dr. William F. Gaines of King William County. The funeral will be conducted from the First Presbyterian Church, Madison and Grace Streets tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock.

Mrs. Tinsley is survived by three sons. William F. Tinsley of Clifton Forge, Seaton G. Tinsley of Philadelphia, and Samuel G. Tinsley of St. Louis, Mo., and two daughters, Mrs. J. K. Anderson, Charleston W.Va. andMiss Jennie G. Tinsley of this city.
